Registration for 2018/19 is open

Hello and Happy Spring Collingwood Girls hockey parents.  Registration for the upcoming 2018-19 season is well underway.  

As always we will be holding in person registrations days at Central Park arena on the following dates and times:
  • May 11, 18     5-7pm
  • June 15, 29     4-6pm
  • July 6, 13, 20, 27     4-6pm
  • August 3, 10, 17      4-6pm

As well, below you will find the registration form which can be filled out and brought to Central Park arena during one of our in person registration sessions, or it can be filled out and emailed to Ivy Martin at [email protected]
